Patna, (Bihar Times): The leader of the All India United Muslim Morcha and Janata Dal (United) Rajya Sabha MP from Bihar, Dr Ejaz Ali, has dropped a bombshell. On Tuesday he demanded that his party should snap relationship with the Bharatiya Janata Party.
Dr Ali backed Union minorities affairs minister, A R Antulay, on the issue of the killing of the Maharashtra ATS chief, Hemant Karkare in Rajya Sabha last week.
Talking to a news agency in New Delhi Dr Ali said that his party should snap its ties with BJP as otherwise it will damage the party in the state.
“In assembly elections people vote for Chief Ministership. So Nitish Kumar as Chief Minister is okay for Muslims. But voting for NDA in Lok Sabha elections means voting for Lal Krishna Advani as Prime Minister, which Muslims won’t accept. It’s time JD(U) parts ways with BJP before the Lok Sabha election,” Ali was quoted by PTI.
On Janata Dal (United) national president Sharad Yadav becoming the acting convener of the NDA, Ali said it is a wrong decision and will cause damage to BJP.
“George Fernandes as NDA convener was somewhat okay as he had distanced from JD(U) but Sharad Yadav becoming NDA convener will harm JD(U) interests,” he said.
Meanwhile, BJP spokesman, Rajiv Pratap Rudy, said that this could be his Dr Ali’s personal opinion and it “won’t affect the alliance.”
Dr Ali is not the first leader of the Janata Dal (United) to spew venom against the BJP. Only recently party national spokesman, Shivanand Tiwary, hit out at the BJP for what he repeatedly said its “communal agenda”. Many thought that he spoke at the instance of the chief minister.
However, Dr Ejaz Ali’s statement has landed the Janata Dal (United) in a quandary as only few in the party is prepared to support him on the issue of the killing of Karkare.

I agree cent per cent with Dr. Ajaz Ali views “that NO MUSLIM WILL EVER VOTE FOR ADWANI FOR THE POST OF EVEN AN MLA, THERE IS NO QUESTION FOR VOTING HIM FOR THE HIGHER POST OF OUR COUNTRY”
Of course People have voted for NDA Alliance in Bihar by keeping in mind that you will be the Chief Minister. I tell you the situation would have totally different if NDA had projected any one from BJP. I know my community very well and Dr. Ajaz Ali knows it better. Most of secular people and a majority of Muslims have voted for you to take a break for the criminals. You are doing the right things by putting an end to Gunda Raj and showing some development in the field of infrastructure, health, education and so on and so forth. But let me tell you bluntly that all of your sincere effort towards development will equals to a big “Zero” if you go for LOK-SABHA ELECTION with these terrorists No-1’s
And I am sure there are lot of secular people in JD(U) other wise it would have been merge with BJP long back. People like Mr. Shivanand Tiwari & Mr. Ajaz Ali are the grass root leaders; if they say something it carries a backing of the common people 7 the people of their community. These words of advice doesn’t come from nowhere, they understand the sentiments of secular people.

There is a very famous saying, there is no permanent friend or enemy in politics , only the interest is permanent, considering the caption true, MR EJAZ ALI has given a right suggestion to janta dal, Bihar chief minister and officials of Janta dal should take serious note of it, "MR EJAZ ALI ney namak ka haque ada kardiya", he has given proper advice at the right time, Mr Ejaz Ali knows his own political carrer at stake, NO MUSLIM WILL EVER VOTE, for BJP in parliamentary election,(of course BJP, never needed muslims votes), alliance of Janta Dal with BJP is the only drawback of the present government, which claims to be moving forward with developments of Bihar.
an allaince with BJP, means alliance with the known communals, alternatively muslims will have no alternative to vote for corrupts.
in a democracy it is a fundamenatl right of any one to put forward his or her views, what made the sky fall if A R ANTULAY , demanded for a propbe in the killing of ATS team members,?? I fully support the view of Dr. Ejaz Ali. And I strongly suggest Janata Dal (United) should cut-off relationship with BJP the fanatic company. People of Bihar including Muslims support Chief Minister Mr. Nitesh Kumar. I am sure if he breaks alliance with BJP, he will become a hero of new Bihar as development takes place. The fact of voting for L.K. Advani means voting for a Super Terrorist for a top position of Prime Minister. Mr Sharad Yadav as NDA convener will damage his own reputation. George Farnandes is a clear example.
On the issue of A.R. Antulay, I am with Mr. Antulay and ask the people of the country what happen to that threat which Hemant Karkare (shaheed) got from Hindu fanatic groups who carried out Malegaon blast. There is no doubt at all that Hemant Karkare was killed by the terrorists. But the question is who hired these terrorists, Pakistan, Daud Ibrahim or the Hindu fanatic group who were caught in Malegaon blast case. BJP is shedding crocodile tears on the killing on Hemant Karkare. Until few hours before of his killing the same BJP was scolding him for Malegaon blast investigation. BJP did not express their repentant at all for his remarks, what they said before Hemant Karkare was killed by the nasty people.
