Pawan, the well- known name among cartoonists from Bihar started caricaturing the socio-political situations in Bihar with all the hues of politicians from the age of 12 years. Now he has the credit of more than 7000 cartoons published in almost every newspaper published from Patna. He tried his best to capture every mood of Laloo Yadav- always a favorite character among media persons.

readers. He made cartoons to raise social consciousness on different development issues specially on child rights in collaboration with UNICEF. Some of his published works are Laloo Leela, Media Toons, Lalootoons, Kholna Mana Hai, Jara Thahariye, Crightoons.
He is currently associated with Bihar Times & Hindustan-a Hindi daily from Patna.
